According to the season, you will be able to enjoy various specialties :

Duck confit and fresh Foie Gras terrine. Trout of Tramesaygues with small vegetables and sage. Pigeons of Couserans roasted in a casserole with garlic cloves. Duck magret stuffed with fresh Foie Gras, served with Hypocras sauce apples.

The wine list offers a large variety of wines from the south-west, Languedoc-Rousillon and Bordeaux, as well as Ariège wines which you can discover or rediscover with us.
