It is at the entrance of St Girons and
close to the historic site of St Lizier
that Françis and Maryse Puech's father, fond of
the Ariège and with a passion for mountains, opened this
hotel-restaurant 34 years ago.
Since then, Françis and
Maryse have taken over the family business and made various
enhancements to improve the comfort and intimacy of their
guests.
